3. The Cost Illustrator tool
The Build & Host Cost Illustrator is provided as a planning aid only. Any figures it produces — including monthly totals, build budgets, and term lengths — are illustrative estimates only and do not constitute a quote, offer, or binding agreement of any kind.
Use of the Cost Illustrator does not create any obligation on your part to proceed, nor any obligation on our part to provide services at the illustrated price. A formal, binding quote will only be provided following a discovery conversation and confirmed written agreement between both parties.
Exchange rates used for currency conversion are sourced from a third-party API and may not reflect real-time rates. All formal quotes and contracts will be denominated in GBP.
4. The project brief form
Submitting the project brief form (the “Tell us about your project” form) is a non-binding enquiry only. It does not constitute acceptance of any offer, create a contract, or commit either party to any course of action.
By submitting the form you give us permission to contact you by the method you selected, for the purpose of discussing your project enquiry. We will not use your contact details for any other purpose or pass them to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 working days but cannot guarantee this.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Darkhouse Multimedia and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of this site without our written permission.
The “darkHouse Piggy Bank” character and associated imagery are original works created for Darkhouse Multimedia. All rights reserved.

This website may link to or reference third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), cPanel (hosting infrastructure), and others. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
